Installers have put new apliances in. They advised getting joiner to move shelf above oven up a few mm to fit oven in properly. Also cupboard next to dishwasher is slightly too wide to open dishwasher properly. They suggested getting it planned/sanded back. Shelf covered in laminate.

I have flooring in my house but the edges on the stairs were not done. I am looking for someone to complete the edges of the stairs asap as they are becoming dangerous. I’m not sure about asbestos, we were told there was asbestos in bathroom and laundry but I don’t know where. House was built in 1970 but there was a 2x4 that was bolted into the wall that has shown there is wood behind the gyprock, gyprock looks to be 9-12mm thick so not sure if it’s a new piece. I’m willing to help hold cupboards up while being screwed in. wood and steel flashings on the top of the roof fell down, and on the one side 2 flashings came off. One sealent of the bathroom pipe on the roof require replacement, 2 new ventilations extract pipes required. - Due date: Flexible

That is about it, but the drama is I can't find any runners on the same thickness as current so we are going to have to adjust the drawer width slightly

Need a angled bench seat with storage for the bay window. i can purchase a rectangular bench seat with storage from ikea or kaboodle but need help with making the other angled sides to complete the look. bench also needs a padded cushion seat on top -image of the empty room shows the bay window area in my home - the next image(taken from Pinterest) is the final look i am after: the storage and drawers doesn't have to be be exactly the same. i happy to leave off the storage option if it gets too expensive - Due date: Flexible
