I have this simple futon bed base that is missing 4 slats due to breakage. I’d love someone who is into simple carpentry that is able to repair. It could also be as simple as sourcing the timber (which I would reimburse) and putting some drills in. I’d like it to look seamless.

We have a new renovation but stairs and balaustrade is still not stained.

Needing someone to restore the wood on some furniture that’s on our balcony. Looks like it will need a light sanding and application of an appropriate protective finish. The wood has become a bit dull and faded from the weather. Not sure how long this would take so happy to negotiate a price. Will need guidance on what finishing product to buy. You will need your own tools. Furniture includes a 2 seater couch and 2 single chairs. I’ve added a photo where a section of the wood is faded and a photo where it’s not.

I need to have a cabinet, sink, and bench-top removed in my laundry. The materials may need to be repurposed in a different project so I would prefer them not to be too damaged in the process (if possible). This job also involves dismantling the plumbing underneath the sink. Please see pictures for what needs to be removed. The washing machine will not be there during this job. If you need more photos or details let me know. I would like to have it done within the next three weeks, but can be flexible with days/times. I work from home, so most times and days are suitable.
