Needing someone to restore the wood on some furniture that’s on our balcony. Looks like it will need a light sanding and application of an appropriate protective finish. The wood has become a bit dull and faded from the weather. Not sure how long this would take so happy to negotiate a price. Will need guidance on what finishing product to buy. You will need your own tools. Furniture includes a 2 seater couch and 2 single chairs. I’ve added a photo where a section of the wood is faded and a photo where it’s not.
Max is a lovely person and did a great job- my wooden chairs look new again. Would definitely recommend him.

The materials may need to be repurposed in a different project so I would prefer them not to be too damaged in the process (if possible). This job also involves dismantling the plumbing underneath the sink. Please see pictures for what needs to be removed. The washing machine will not be there during this job.
