Custom Cabinetry, Sink Installation & Bench Description: I’m looking for an experienced cabinet maker to help transform my laundry area. I’ve attached a photo of the current setup for reference. Scope of Work: 1. Remove Existing Laundry Tub: • Disconnect and remove the current freestanding laundry tub and tap. 2. Cabinet & Bench Installation (Option 1): • Install custom cabinets along the current tub area (1460.5 mm wide x 875 mm high x 500 mm deep). • Include a cabinet to accommodate the current front-load washer and a drawer/cabinet next to it. • Install a new sink and tap into the cabinetry. 3. Full-Length Bench Option (Option 2): • If the existing tub is removed, install a full-length bench with integrated sink from wall to wall (2040 mm wide). • Include cabinetry under the bench, incorporating space for the washer and additional storage. I need floor to dealing built in storage around a tv to be designed and built for a theatre room.

We have installed new walk in robes and need a cabinet maker to help with the following finishing tasks. - Install trim between cabinets and wall. - Install lighting and run cables neatly. - Install and finish any other trim to complete. There are two robes, each with 3 large cabinets. Refer to photos. You will need to bring materials, and these can be charged on top of and hourly rate.

Fixing of Fascia Timber - circled in blue, as you can see the timber there is broken. The whole timber at the rear of the house will likely need replacing. Please note that parts of the soffit around the house contains Asbestos. Although sample at that area where the broken timber is was negative, I rather be on the side of caution. Removing the timber should not interfere with the soffit but I prefer someone who has experience with old houses with possible exterior asbestos. To plaster yellow area circled hole as well. Not a big hole.

Replace first 2 timbers that are broken on the steps with 2x4s about 1m long. Another wobbles so just needs 4 new screws. You supply the timber and the decking screws. Should be a quick job for a skilled carpenter.
