We just discovered wood damage and black mould under wooden door frame/skirting boards near glass sliding door (on both sides) due to improper exterior sealing and water seeping in. We've removed the majority of the dead wood and cleared the black mould, however, really need help fixing what is left. Appreciate any quotes as unsure how much this job should cost.
