After custom cabinetry, similar to photo below with these dimensions built and delivered to Frankston South needs to be a freestanding piece that can be bolted into a wall 2000H x 1800W stained timber If happy to deliver to Mount Buller extra money paid.

We need an experienced carpenter to: 1. install a timber hand rail all around the front verandah in front and porch at the side of the house (about 28m long, designed in the attached drawing) 2. build a small deck (3.9m long, 1m wide) which has a back and a front (look like a long chair), and either a small barrier or wire rope in front for safety. We'd like to get a quote for labour, brackets, and screws, etc. We provide all the timber and cement. No painting or oiling needed, just installation. Carpenter needed to install colonial style architraves around two built in robes. From experience with the remainder of the house, these arcs can not be cut with a drop saw. Arcs currently onsite, one side is shorter so itll need to be ripped to fit and you will need tools/nail gun etc. Skirting at the bottom will also need to be installed on the sides. Couple of hours work in it if done neatly to level/reduce gap etc and future weekend work to follow.
