I need someone with motorcycle mechanical experience to remove a snapped M6 bolt and finish fitting a radiator guard cover on my Harley Sportster S. The cover is already in place. One side bolts in fine. The other side had rust inside the thread — I cleaned it out, but the bolt head snapped off while tightening, and the broken piece is still inside the blind hole. Task • Extract the snapped M6 bolt from the blind hole • Clean/restore the thread • Align the bracket if needed • Bolt the radiator guard cover on properly Details • Bolt is not seized — it went almost all the way in before snapping • Rust has already been cleared out • Awkward angle, so I couldn’t drill or extract it myself • Bike is in Hoppers Crossing Photos attached showing: • The good side • The problem side • The snapped bolt inside the hole Please provide quotes.

I had previously post a task for someone to remove and replace my radiator. Had a few interests to do it but either cancelled on me or never showed up. So I decided that I'd try doing it myself whilst watching YouTube. I have managed to remove the front end etc, but I'm stuck with one clip to get the actual radiator out and I would really appreciate if someone could please help me with that, so I can carry on and get my car back on the road please. You don't have to do anything if you don't want to, I'm happy to follow instructions but it's really frustrating this one part. If anyone that's mechanically minded or knows what to do could please come to mine and direct me or whatever to get this done, I'd be very much appreciative. Please only serious people. Thank you
