Hi, I’m looking for an experienced handyman or kitchen installer to assist with the following (photos attached): Scope of work • Install pre-assembled IKEA overhead kitchen cupboards • Remove existing rangehood/exhaust and install a new pre-built exhaust • Cut and fit timber/MDF panels to neatly cover the top and side edges for a clean finished look • All cabinets are already assembled — installation only required • All materials supplied Location: Harrisdale Budget guide: Based on market rates, I am expecting quotes around $400–$500 for labour. We have assembled and installed our peninsula kitchen’s base cabinets. We have also assembled the four overhead cabinets, a fridge overhead cabinet and three large laundry cabinets but looking for help to install, ensure level etc. If job can be performed on a weekend then i am available to help. We have most tools available except for a laser and can prepare any additional required tools / parts required for the job. We also have all required end panels etc but the countertop has not yet been installed.

We recently changed our oven, but overlooked this spot because it’s close to the door. Since this space has been left empty, it doesn’t look right.
