The area is 1060mm x 1550mm and the thickness is around 100mm. The pipe is a little above the ground and we were told that we need to install the new inspection cover in photo 2.

I need a few things done around the house. You will need to have the tools and a ladder. 1. Gutters cleaned - single story, 3 bed unit. You'll need your own ladder. 2. 2 x small trees trimmed back on the driveway. The tree on the right of the photo, and a small one further down the drive. 3. A bed repaired. I have new fixtures to fit on each end to make it more stable. I have the drill for this one.

A timber outdoor pergola needs cleaning and a black repaint. I have the paint but no other tools.
