The pergola structure is generally intact but needs some repairs, replacement of weathered elements, and an overall tidy-up/finish. Photos are attached for reference. Scope of Work 1. Pergola Roof Sheets Replace the existing transparent roofing sheets Install them properly within secure rails or framing so they are stable and less affected by wind Ensure sheets are sealed and fixed properly 2. Flashing & Barge Boards Inspect and replace damaged flashing where required Replace barge boards that have deteriorated Ensure weather protection between pergola and house wall 3. Timber Lattice / Side Panels Replace some of the wooden lattice/side panels Ensure they are securely fixed and aligned 4. Timber Repairs Replace or repair any visibly damaged timber sections Reinforce areas if required 5. Lighting Provision Provide a simple provision for lighting (either solar or standard light fixture point) I’m open to suggestions for the easiest solution 6. Finishing Sand the pergola where needed Apply a clean and neat finish (paint or stain depending on recommendation)

I have a small deck and need pergola installed there

two areas one is a 40sq meter outdoor roof to be replaced by Laserlite 3000. send veranda roof - 8 sqmeters opposite side of house.

I need to paint pergola structure. The size of pergola is 4.5mx9m. I plan to replace laserlite sheets and thinking to paint the structure before placing new roof on. It requires two coates of monument color. The paint can be sprayed if you professionally paint and cover all the windows, furniture and also deck.

In recent storm the pergola lasersheet has been damaged. The laser sheets need to be replaced. The length of the deck is 9m and half of the deck width is 4m and the rest is 5m wide. I can supply the material or if you can offer your price including materials I would like to create a fall on the roof as well as it's already has a very slight slope.
