Hi there, I have two specific leaks caused by the heavy rain yesterday and I’m looking for a professional roofer to fix them. Issue 1: Kitchen range hood leak - Water is dripping directly through the range hood inside the kitchen. This likely involves a leak around the roof vent or flashing. Issue 2: Pergola gutter leak - The guttering under/around the outdoor pergola is leaking/overflowing. It may need a repair, resealing, or a potential clearing if there’s a blockage. What I need: A thorough inspection of both areas. Repair/sealing to prevent future leaks. I have uploaded photos showing the exact locations of the drips. Please provide a quote including labor and any basic materials (silicone, etc.). Looking to get this sorted as soon as possible.

I have recently sawcut and removed approximately 15ln.m by 300 wide concrete from my driveway and have installed grated trench ACO drain. I now need to hire a concreter to supply and place the concrete in the trench and finish it nicely to tie in. This will also need to include expansion joints at the interface with the existing concrete and possibly one transverse expansion joint between two sections of drain to isolate between the trafficable and non-trafficable areas. I estimate approx 0.5cu.m of concrete required, at min 25MPa. Clear width either side of the drain is approximately 70-100mm, and the base thickness below the drain ranges from 50-100mm typically. Site access is via a steep and narrow downhill driveway, with overhead wiring, so truck access is no ideal. I have had a small tipper truck come down the driveway before. - Due date: Flexible
