Hi! I’m looking for an experienced handyman or shade cloth installer to install a waterproof shade cloth over my existing pergola. The pergola is already built and level. I would like the waterproof shade cloth installed with enough fall for rain runoff while keeping the installation 100% rental friendly (no permanent damage to the pergola if possible). I already have: * Pillar 1.8m × 10m Waterproof Shade Cloth * Coolaroo Timber Fasteners * Coolaroo Tie Wraps I’m happy to purchase any additional materials you recommend before the job (timber, webbing straps, clamps, cable ties, brackets, etc.). I’m looking for someone experienced with pergolas, shade sails or outdoor installations to install a waterproof shade cloth onto my existing timber pergola. Materials already supplied: * Waterproof shade cloth (1.8m x 10m) * Coolaroo timber fasteners * Coolaroo tie wraps * 10mm packing shims/spacers Job includes: * Measure and cut the shade cloth to suit. * Create a 20 degree angle for a slight fall for water runoff using the supplied spacers if required or even a plank of timber as the waterproof shade cloth requires a 20 degree angle. * Secure the shade cloth neatly and tightly to the existing pergola. * Ensure there is no sagging or water pooling. * Keep the installation renter-friendly (no drilling into the house). The Pergola is approximately 3 m deep × 3.5 m wide. Happy for installer to confirm measurements on arrival. I’d like the finished result to look neat and allow rain to run off properly while still looking attractive. Please bring any additional tools you may need (ladder, cutting tools, etc.). Experience installing shade sails, shade cloth or pergola roofing is preferred.

Demolition has done most, need to demolished bathroom walls,(alredy removed toilet sink shower screen and bath? Need to strip bathroom wall, need to install few studs and hang dry wall for 2 walls and platering job, make it ready to paint. Need to install cavity door for same wall and move other door. Careful demolition/removal of shower cage, rails, shower floor tiles and shower wall tiles (keeping the bathroom floor tiles). I can't imagine this would take too long but the main thing is to try not to damage the wall behind the tiles.

My labourer pulled out. I have a small driveway that is scheduled to be poured this morning. Need someone ASAP for light work. I'll need you to agitate the concrete to help it settle while I pour and finish.
