I would like tile some additional sections on the wall in my new build. In my ensuite, half wall tile to be continued behind the door - approx 1m. In the bathroom, tiling to continue from the top of the shower to the roof. Spare tiles from the build supplied - will need to confirm there is enough and grout is Magellan grey so grout will need to match.

We are putting an ensuite into our house. It's taking a bit of the loungeroom so it is all under the existing roofline. Will have an external window. Need to put through council.

Looking to have drafting and design done for our Laundry and WC. Requirements are bench spaces along the 190cm wall with overheads. Must have washing machine and dryer underneath bench plus a sink near the window. Doesn't need to be a trough prefer a sink with cupboard space underneath. Back to wall toilet in the toilet area to the right. Then custom cabinetry within the 161x109x60 space that will also streamline into the benchtop and overheads. Would love the option of an ironing board pull out cupboard. Floor to ceiling cupboards are ok if it means i can store larger items like vacuum cleaner and linen etc.

I need a 8.3 metre long by 1.2 metre retaining wall built to replace a failing one between my property and the neighbo's property. The wall needs to be compliant with City of Joondalup requirements. Looking at poured concrete as an option due to site access challenges though limestone blocks or other suitable medium would be considered. The site access is limited for excavation machine to come through adjacent properties carport. Excavation is required so if you are able to do that all the better. Existing brick wall can be removed by owner, as well as vegetation etc. You must be licensed and qualified to do this work and fully insured. Working towards submission for building permit to shire so need quote and design first and then construction. Have access to someone to do site plans and engineer to sign off. - Due date: Before Friday, 30 September 2022
