We’re looking for a skilled renderer or concreter to render an external block and concrete wall between two apartment buildings (see photos attached of actual wall, and two references of what we like for finish) Scope of work: • Render approximately 28 lineal metres of external wall alongside a driveway and garden bed • Wall is a mix of concrete and besser block, with an existing metal handrail (no need to remove) • Finish should be smooth and modern – honed concrete-style or other similar options with a bone/off white finish • Must be suitable for outdoor use with proper sealing The look we want: • Clean, architectural-style finish • Uniform and neat – no textured or rough render • Sealed for long-term outdoor durability Access & Conditions: • Clear access via the driveway • No major obstructions • Apartment block location – strata wall • Parking available nearby • Flexible on timing – ideally completed in the next few weeks

DETAILS The existing polycarbonate roofing sheets are old and need to be replaced. See photos. I'm supplying new polycarbonate sheets and the covers strips, edging, and fasteners. They need to be fixed. You also need to seal the top end so that it is watertight. I'm providing the polycarbonate sheeting. You need to provide the labour and the sealant.
