Wall will be parallel to an existing retaining wall about 2m high, so will need to be setback an appropriate distance. No idea of a reasonable cost, so my estimate may be well under yours. Access is ~ 800mm wide. It narrows a bit at the garden bed (see 4th pic), but the fence can be removed if needed. The grate in the 2nd pic is a stormwater drain about 1500 deep that drains parallel to the wall, so it won't interfere with post holes. The tree will be coming down at some point, so it doesn't matter about root damage.

Due to strong wind nail from Pergola roof disloged and need one or two Paslode nail to put in , at the corner of ther Pergola roof . You will need to use a ladder to go up about 3 meter high to put nails
