Task 2: • The edge of the pergola roof above the kitchen window seems to have suffered from water damage, a chunk of the beam has broken off, exposing the screws that should be holding the roof panel to the beam. • Prefer to patch up the broken beam so that the roof panels can be held down again, without major rework.
