I'm looking for an experienced carpenter or cabinetmaker to build a custom loft bed from full professional architectural drawings (1:10 scale CAD including exploded construction diagram, prepared by a qualified architect in Germany). Drawings are in German but I can translate — they are so detailed and professionally produced that an experienced carpenter will have no trouble. No design work required. Key dimensions: — Platform: 2000 × 1600mm at 1300mm height — Ceiling height: 2550mm, floor to ceiling structure — 4 storage stairs running along the wall with drawers and hinged doors (sage green fronts) — Under-stair storage zone with hinged pendulum doors — designed to fit a garment rack and chest of drawers underneath — Blackened steel flat bar railing along the open face of the platform Timber brief: Dark walnut stained finish, matte poly sealer. Open to your recommendation on timber species — carpenter to source and supply all materials. Hardwood stair treads preferred. Wall fixings: Freestanding structure preferred for strata reasons — open to carpenter's professional recommendation after reviewing drawings. Safety and structural integrity come first. Optional add-on: Decorative herringbone timber slat privacy panels on two sides acting as room divider. Please quote separately. If too costly, ceiling-mounted curtain track is acceptable alternative — quote both if possible. Looking for a licensed and insured builder to assist with demolition: • Bathroom (approx. 9m²): Remove floor and wall tiles, toilet, bathtub, vanity, showerhead and taps (shower screen already removed). See photo attached. • Kitchen (approx. 4.5m): Remove wall tiles, bench, sink (cupboards already removed). See photo attached. • Demolition: Removal of internal wall (see engineer’s report in Dropbox link). Timing: Demolition expected mid–end October (subject to strata approval). Includes disposal.

The post was incorrectly installed in the first place. It should have a metal boot, now the wood is rotting. The job is to Remove the bottom part of the post. Set a metal boot in concrete Remove the bottom of the post Re-attach the post to the boot.
