Find an experienced builder in Hamilton Hill

I have a persisting leaking pergola where it meets the roof/gutter. Someone has previously been up on the roof to add some kind of additional filler/protection but it still leaks across a 1-2 meter section where it meets the house, so I need some more reinforcements.

2-3 months work helping me build on-site at my house I have extensive plans and approvals I’ll be doing a lot of the demo works and managing of other trades But need a chippy on site with me Must have own tools $300-$500 pd Please contact me to arrange a meeting and arrange scheduling for build

Pergola does not hold water during heavy rain. See attached photos and video. Unable to get out the side door with getting drenched. Just need it filling. Nothing fancy.

I have a number of 600x600 concrete pavers on the property to create the base for the new shed. The ground needs to be prepped and the pavers laid (happy to arrange additional fill/sand if required) The shed is 3m x 2.35m, supplied by EasyShed. Thanks

We have an outdoor pergola which is currently covering all of our backyard and we would like to remove the top sheets from one corner (a quarter of the pergola) to let some sun and fresh air in. The cover on center beam will have to stay as there is a light fitted underneath so it needs to stay protected from the elements (I have discussed this with an electrician already). The total size of pergola is approx 17-18 sqm. Max height in the middle approx 3m.

We have outdoor pergola which is currently covering all of our backyard and we only would like a half to be covered as we need some more sun and fresh air in! The pergola has gutters attached and some lights so this will need to be adjusted to the half we want to keep. The pergola covers approx 17-18 sqm atm.
