​Location: Spearwood / Cockburn Area Scope of Work: Supply and install Colorbond wall cladding and sarking for a roughly 15–18 sqm wall area (patio conversion). ​Tasks Include: ​Sarking: Install breathable wall wrap (sarking) to the existing timber frame. ​Window Installation: Install 3 timber windows into the prepared openings (owner supplied). ​Cavity Battens: Install timber top-hat battens over the sarking to create a thermal break and drainage cavity before the Colorbond is fixed. ​Cladding: Install Colorbond cladding (Fielders Spanform or equivalent) to the external "skin." ​Flashings: Full flashing kit required for 7 windows total (head, sill, and jambs) and external corners to ensure the structure is 100% watertight. ​Compliance: Work must be tidy and weather-tight as this will eventually be part of a Class 1a conversion. ​Requirements: ​Must have experience with Colorbond wall cladding and custom flashings. ​Reliable, clean workmanship. ​Please provide a total price for labor and materials (excluding windows) or a daily rate.
