Front of property currently has short brick wall plus pillars and gate about 7.5 m long and 600mm high. I want to add height to the wall so it is 1.5 high plus 2.1 pillars ( and I will add pickets afterwards) I will remove the current balustrade prior to start of work I really have no idea what the cost should be so I threw in a random figure. - Due date: Flexible
