I am prepping to paint my house and it needs to be pressure washed to get rid of all the cobwebs/dust etc. all windows to be cleaned, driveway to be cleaned as it will be painted. Garage also to be pressure hosed down. Also under the front porch and front door. We'd like a new pergola built in the same footprint as the existing one, with some slight style moderations. We have footings for the posts to sit in (that will sit on top of our paving). Some care is required not to damage the heritage brickwork that it's attached to. It's L shaped and wraps around the house, is about 4m x 2m on one face, then around the corner about the same.

Currently there is a wooden patio with shade cloth at the top but we would like a quote for something to cover it to protect underneath from the weather. Open to suggestions if the wooden edges need to be replaced and/or adding a blind or cover to pull down on some of the sides to protect from weather. - Due date: Flexible
