I am looking for 2-3 proactive and responsible "all-rounders" to help me run my daughter’s 2nd birthday party at Eaglevale Community Hall. I am a single mum and need people with great attention to detail who can take charge of the floor. ​Tasks include: ​Setup (10am start): Assemble a DIY nature-themed backdrop and balloon garland (kit provided). Drape wooden poles with fabric and hang paper lanterns. ​Table Styling: Set up 13 rectangular tables with white cloths, sage runners, and eucalyptus/candle decor. ​Food & Drink Service: Arrange pre-ordered food onto serving dishes (platters). Serve tea (Cha) and food to guests, ensuring everyone is looked after. ​Event Upkeep: Proactively clear plates, rubbish, and spills throughout the party. ​Clean-up (End at 5pm): Pack down all decor, pop balloons, wipe tables, sweep the hall, and return the furniture to the original council layout. ​Requirements: > * High attention to detail and hospitality experience preferred. ​Must be physically able to reach/hang items on wooden beams (ladder and other cleaning essential is expected for you to carry). ​Reliable and friendly attitude for a family environment. Looking for a Birthday Decorator I’m looking for someone to help set up a surprise birthday decoration at a beachside location at night. The setup should be romantic, elegant, and Instagram-worthy, with elements like fairy lights, balloons, a small table setup, and candles or lanterns. Open to creative ideas! Event will be in the evening, and everything needs to be arranged before we arrive. We have our bubs birthday celebration at a venue and we would like someone to help with blowing balloons and decorate. The decoration will include a backdrop and cloth, balloons and plinth. All items will be provided including Balloon inflator. We need this to be done between 10am and noon , I.e after venue opens but before guests arrive.
