Aiming to have large built in shower that completely seals off, sloped ceiling for condensation. Toilet to remain in roughly same position but brought forward, concealed cistern, with built in floor to ceiling cabinet for storage of cleaning supplies / linen / towels. Vanity moved to where shower currently is, large custom base to conceal combo washer dryer with basin sat on top, or custom basin to allow water drainage behind the vanity. Microcement or Venetian plaster for most surfaces, accented by stone / porcelain tile Keen to organise phone call and onsite quotes to discuss in further detail. Apartment is first floor up a single flight of stairs, middle level of 3. Art deco block, double brick with all internal brick walls. Floor is a concrete slab, bathroom floor is a secondary pour on top of the primary slab. Have a private car space on site.

Need to remove shower from original location and replace the shower. Need the plumbing all done too. Also need new floor tiles in the bathroom. Shower tiles and fixtures will be provided.

Hi I have a bathroom that is leaking for some time, and I would like someone to 1) assess how bad my subfloor condition, ideal if you are happy to go into my subfloor to see if the water damage is severe. I want to know if I need to just do the bathroom or I must also do the nearby storage room / laundry room. 2) provide quotation of bathroom reno. Basic Info: House is single storey, subfloor access is around 400mm tall. Timber/yellow tongue subfloor. Built around 1990s. Bathroom size is 2.6x2.0m. Last photo was taken of the nearby storage room floor when I had a shower - hence why I think it’s leaking but happy to be corrected by a professional during site visit. Require a plumber for a bathroom renovation, all walls have been removed and connections are already there just need them moved to a different spot as shower and basin will be in a different spot.
