The Balustrades on a rear stairs of a Queenslander Home have begun to erode. The rest of the Balustrades are ok, but you can see rotting in the photo. This is an investment property that i'll be selling soon, so I'd rather not replace the entire Balustrades. So the next option is to replace just the top handle thats rotted. Open to other suggestions.

Need a labour or trade assistant to help install some balustrading

I have an investment property with front and back balcony. Due to the age of the house, the height of both balcony balustrades is less than current requirement 1000mm, about 100mm short. Would like to invite talented handyman to work out a feasible solution - to extend the balustrades to satisfactory height (>1000mm). Prefer to keep the existing balustrades (minor modification is fine). Maybe just a new handrail above it? Please see attached photos for reference. Happy to discuss further. Thanks!
