Diagnose why Headlights and hi beams for a 2016 Lexus IS 200T are not working. One of the headlights is flickering while the other is completely out and hi beams not working as well.

I have a 2014 camper trailer which is fine charging on mains power, however it won’t charge with solar I need someone to check this out and rectify the problem, be that the charging system, solar panels etc I also have an Anderson plug that runs from the tow ball that I would like to be able to plug into the car to charge.
