Change both headlight bulbs on a 2001 Honda civic , I won’t be supplying bulbs

1991 Toyota Van has a contemporary stereo face installed with a detachable face, but does not work with radio or Bluetooth. Seeking a cheap replacement that will use the van's speakers and allow radio and Bluetooth playing easily. Don't want to spend more than $100 on the unit plus your time as we will sell the van when it gets back from around Australia.

Something is draining the battery, RACV said it’s a very high current draw of 6.22 (see pic attached), but three different RACV guys couldn’t figure out what is draining it. 2013 Ford Kuga based in Hampton 3188.
