Car headlights wont turn on. Change bulbs and fuses but need someone to come diagnose and fix what i assume is an electrical fault. Highbeams come on if you "flash" lights back but not forwards and side lights turn on as normal.

I have a 2006 Toyota that needs an Alternator replacement. I have the part and was going to do it myself. I don't have the necessary tools to get some of the bolts unstuck that would require such.
