There will be speeches, a dinner, and a few video reels. This AV expert must have a video camera set up, be able to mix video for the big screens in the hall (between a live video of the speaker, turning to holding slides, and to other video clip/reels) and must be able to manage the audio from the microphone and videos at the same time. Event is 630pm - 1030pm.
