I need to get the Start/Options button on my Xbox Series S controller fixed — the one with the three lines. Out of nowhere it got stuck. The button can be pressed normally, but internally it’s detected as if it were always being pressed. I tested it using Gamepad Tester, and it showed that the button was constantly active. The other day I used a vacuum cleaner on the button and it got fixed, but today the same thing happened again.

We need a handyman or appliance technician to inspect and repair a dishwasher. The guest has reported that: The dishwasher door does not close properly The dishwasher is not functioning There is a bad smell coming from the dishwasher We have already advised the guest to check racks, seals, alignment, and power reset — but the issue remains unresolved.

Washing machine is not draining

Water cycle is late, less water pressure

Washing machine keeps stopping mid cycle whether on short or long wash. Machine 3yrs old. Understand there may be additional cost of new part etc.

We need help fixing the door of our washing machine. The machine has been fully drained, but the door is stuck and won’t open. We’ve tried opening it manually, but it still doesn’t budge. The washing machine is Bosch. Everything else seems to be functioning fine.

We have a Fisher and Paykel top Loader washing machine - looks to be the version before GW650. Our tenants have advised it leaks and our dryer is no longer working. Also to look at the dryer - o ring may have come off.

The apartment I’m renting has a portable Altise AC unit which is not working properly. The big hose at the back won’t slide back into position, and the AC itself keeps saying “full” even when I empty the water. Furthermore, there are 2 plugs missing which I’ve temporarily put different plugs into. This machine needs repairing today. Shouldn’t be to difficult a job for an expert.
