Problem: * The mixer runs normally and works fine for whisking. * However, when kneading dough, the planetary assembly (the round part underneath the mixer head where attachments connect) drops down and becomes loose. * There is noticeable play/wobbling in the planetary assembly. * It can be pushed back up by hand, but drops down slightly again when released. * The mixer cannot knead dough properly because of this issue. * Some grease has also leaked out around the planetary assembly.
