1/ Treadmill has problem - electric = bleeping sound with belt not moving when turned on 2/ Problem in accessing the range hood light bulb to replace

Reattach fan blade which has fallen off. Window has become stuck, to repair to make it move freely again

I’m fairly certain that our washing machines issue is the balance gauge, it keeps on stopping and shows the balance error symbol. We’ve tried so much by ourselves to manage it but now we can barely do a load, as it can’t handle anything heavy at all

Fisher and Patel washing machine not finishing cycle and stopping at balance error no matter how light or heavy the load is. Need someone to come out and see what the issue is and repair it. Could be the suspension springs.

There is a smell coming from the washing machine drain connection in my apartment. I believe it’s coming from the drain hose or the standpipe. Dryer stop making heat it needs to be taken off the wall and the back vent needs to be cleared out and hopefully that will fix it

I've purchased an used 8-yr old fridge and it's been working fine. Yesterday I packed in a lot of stuffs at once, its alarm started to go off quite often. Since then, its cooling ability in both freezer and fridge went down noticeably.

I had a guy replace the valve on the outside unit as it was leaking since he repaired it the fan doesn’t turn in the unit . The fan was turning fine until he replaced the valve so I’m thinking something is making it stick and not turn properly. Or he didn’t place it back correctly. Ac works but it’s not cold bevause the exhaust fan doesn’t turn . It’s not a mechanical issue it’s something lodged in there or hasn’t been replaced properly.

Samsung washing machine - hasn’t worked for 2 days, completely cleaned out the drains/ pipes. Once it’s turned on it stops after 30 seconds. Have tried to reset it multiple times but same issue occurs. (Button above the 4 keeps flashing) tried do reset and do another cycle - still just fills up with water.
