Teka Dishwasher not draining water, display E4 error

We have a Bosch series 6 dishwasher. It gives "check water" indication and E16 error. No pipe is kinked Tried switching ON/OFF Dishwasher internal is clean - no apparent clog.

Updated to obtain diagnosis first, then quote for the rest of the work. If free quote is available, even better. Washing machine won't run/pump water. Have done basic troubleshooting without any luck (found reset instructions online). Think it needs a service and perhaps a part. It's never had any issues in the past.
