My gate, which is only about two years old, needs a service. The cog turns but it doesn’t move as nicely as it should along its tracks. I have attached some photos. It is a Centsys D5-Evo gate motor. Our Samsung XXX (WW80J4/WW75J4) washing machine starts ok, you hear the water coming, but then pauses and it does not continue. The first time it gave the error message 3C - check the motor for operation. We restarted the cycle and the machine, but since then it still pauses after starting - no more error messages. Nothing appears clogged (as the water is coming in) and there isn't a power issue. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 13 September 2022
