I am looking for a reliable cleaner that knows how to make beds, clean toilets, showers, kitchen, dusting and spot cleaning as required. Leaving the place looking as good as the reference photo. Also need to have linen taken away and replaced. The place is 2 bedrooms with queen beds and need towel/shower sets. This is ongoing after each stay. Please let me know your rates please. We have a 3 bed/3 bath unit in Circle on Cavill, Surfers Paradise and need a professional cleaner who is reliable, efficient and understands what is required of Airbnb cleaning. Typical amount of bookings is 5-7 per month, so roughly 70 per year. Standard bedding arrangement is four beds; 2x king + 2x singles, and we allow up to 4x extra fold out beds. Our standard checkout/checkin times for guests are 10am and 3pm, so all cleans must be fully completed within this time. - Must supply and replace all bedroom and bathroom linen, towels etc every clean (at least 6 towels per booking). - Must supply all basic airbnb amenities (tea/coffee/sugar satchels, toiletries etc) - Must own and bring your own cleaning equipment and supplies. - Must speak fluent English.
