Hello, Cleaner needed 6th October to 30th October. I am a cleaner for a family run business but I am going away on holiday for 3.5 weeks in October and no one else is available to assist with cleans whilst I’m away. It is a one bedroom apartment in the Mantra Circle On Cavil in Surfers Paradise. Cleaning products and linen is supplied, linen will just need to be washing and dried by you after each stay. Cleaning required would be: - vacuuming/mopping (only 2 small tiled areas, bathroom and kitchen) - cleaning the bathroom - wiping down glass screens, mirror, cleaning sink, bath, shower and toilet. - re-making the king bed. - wiping down dining table, coffee table, side tables etc. - cleaning kitchen, ensuring no marks left on cupboards etc and restocking when required. All the linen is white so will need to be washed separately and not mixed with your own linen. Towels must be dried in a dryer to maintain fluffiness (I will be able to tell if these have been air dried). We get an average of 10 cleans per month so will be around 5-8 cleans for you whilst I’m away for the 3.5wks. It takes me average 2hrs to clean this apartment to a high standard. Must be available to accept cleans including last minute cleans. Check out is 10am and check in is 3pm so must be available to clean by 10:30am latest. We have a 3 bed/3 bath unit in Circle on Cavill, Surfers Paradise and need a professional cleaner who is reliable, efficient and understands what is required of Airbnb cleaning. Typical amount of bookings is 5-7 per month, so roughly 70 per year. Standard bedding arrangement is four beds; 2x king + 2x singles, and we allow up to 4x extra fold out beds. Our standard checkout/checkin times for guests are 10am and 3pm, so all cleans must be fully completed within this time. - Must supply and replace all bedroom and bathroom linen, towels etc every clean (at least 6 towels per booking). - Must supply all basic airbnb amenities (tea/coffee/sugar satchels, toiletries etc) - Must own and bring your own cleaning equipment and supplies. - Must speak fluent English.
