I am looking for a reliable and available short-notice person to conduct a cleaning between 10 AM and 2 PM. I am happy to pay extra for the person to take the linen/sheets (bedding and towels) with them to wash, fold and return the next clean. However, we can also organise a local laundromat to do this - you would then be required to collect & drop off. Your offer/price should include the laundry service, though. It is a modern apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a very small laundry/pantry (just a dishwasher). All floors are either tiled or wooden. Bedrooms: - Change sheets, pillow covers, duvet covers - Dust bedside tables Bathrooms: - Clean the toilet, shower & vanity - Clean the shower window & mirrors - Replenish shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and hand soap Kitchen: - Set dishwasher & put away clean dishes - Check/empty the fridge - Wipe down surfaces (bench, table, fridge front and microwave) - Replenish hand soap & dishwashing liquid, coffee & tea - Change sponges (if required) - Empty the bin - Leave information notice for the next guests Pantry: - Empty rubbish bins - Replenish dishwashing tablets Living Room: - Clean and adjust the couch pillows - Dust TV & entertainment unit etc. General: - Collect & dispose of rubbish - put new bin lining in for the next person - Vacuum and mop (if required) the floors - Check if any items are needed to be topped up - Check if there are any items damaged or missing & take photos - Communicate that the clean (incl. photos) is completed. - If the cleaning is on Sat / Sun - water the plants A guest's great experience is very important, so if any extra cleaning or things need to be done - communicate with me to get that organised (with extra pay). Hi there! I'm looking for someone who can tidy up and clean my apartment. I'm currently using it as an airbnb and I won't be available at this time to clean after a guest checks out and before a new guest checks in. You will need to wash and change the linen (towels and bedding), vacuum, general tidy and dusting of the areas (particularly bathroom and kitchen). I have most supplies at the apartment except a vacuum. There is a steamer to straighten out the linen as well.

We have an Airbnb located near Wamberal and we are needing someone to do a clean between guests. They will need to clean the house and possibly also put out the rubbish bins. It is an old four bedroom house and care is required as it is so old. It would good to get someone from the area and someone who is a good communicator.
