I have rented out my house through Airbnb and will be overseas during guest changeovers. I’m looking for an ultra-reliable person with great attention to detail who can clean my house, wash the sheets and towels, make the beds and check toilet paper etc so the house is ready for the next guest. It is a terrace house (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 living, 1 courtyard and there will be 2-3 change overs in the time frame between mid April to early June. I will manage the bookings and will allow for 1-2 days changeover time. I have a minimum stay requirement of 10 days and usually bookings are from couples so only 1 bedroom is used. The sheets and towels would best be taken to the nearby laundry to get them washed and dried, but I will have 2 sets for each bed. I leave on April 17th so need to set up the arrangement before.
