I have a room full of shelves and boxes of clothing blanks- Hoodies, Crewnecks, Tank tops and T-shirts of varying sizes. A lot of things can be done remotely except meeting contractors on site and taking site pictures (Kwinana Area) Once in a while you'll need to go to my office in Bibra lake to do a follow meeting with the operations manager on things like checking the lights. 1. handling tenant inquires. - simply direct to our email form 2. Inspection and Meeting Contractors - Things like going to check on completion. Passing keys and directing contractors to issues. 3. Handing and taking over of unit 4. Invoices 5. Calling Ops manager to remind on tasks You'll need to call the ops manager to follow up and remind him on outstanding tasks that he needs to sign off on. Like repair plans or electric fixes. I think we'll probably need about two hours a week if there are no incidents. 1 on tuesday and 1 on friday. Perfect job for a stay at home mom or someone already do admin work for other people.
