I have a beauty salon in Attadale, 6156. It has a retro 50s diner/ Rockabilly theme to it. We would love to keep the theme and name, but the website and social media content need a new look. The previous owner marketed it as a '100% Australian owned salon' and I think it attracted quite a number of racist customers who do not value diversity. With the rebrand, we want a more on trend look, and we want to promote our new values which are: Diversity, Inclusivity and Respect; and what makes our salon different: we value nail care and we limit the use of electric nail drills, also again, the diversity and inclusivity. We recently had around 70% of our clientele stolen from us from a previous employee who opened her own salon near us and poached our clients to go with her. What we seek: A social media brand kit so we have a guide to create a cohesive brand: Retaining the retro feel of the place while adding a modern and more trendy flare to it. Social media content plan to attract new clientele: We can film the content ourselves but we need help creating a strategy to create content that will be engaging, which hashtags to use and best posting times, etc. Running ads on social media: How do we push our posts out to attract new clientele? Website and SEO: There are two websites right now, the current one that clients have access to, and another one that I am building behind the scenes to take over the current website. I have the skeleton of a new website on squarespace built but it requires fine tuning and editing to incorporate the new brand kit into it.
