Renewable Energy Content & Digital Marketing Freelancer – Ongoing We’re looking for a creative and reliable freelancer to support an established solar/renewable energy brand in Australia on an ongoing basis. The main goal is to create strong local content, grow our social audience and improve our digital presence, SEO/GEO visibility and lead generation. What you may work on: • Video filming & editing – short-form social videos, customer/project case studies, interviews, events and product content • Social content – images, videos and creative assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube • SEO/GEO – blogs, case studies, FAQs and website content optimised for Google and AI search/discovery • Website optimisation – improve content, landing pages, CTAs and user journey • Lead generation – content and digital strategies that help turn traffic into relevant enquiries • Repurpose existing projects/events into multiple content formats Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical, construction, sustainability or another technical industry is highly preferred. You should be comfortable turning technical information into engaging content for an Australian audience. Strong video/content skills are the priority. Experience with SEO, GEO/AI search, website optimisation or lead generation is a big plus. We have an internal marketing team, brand assets and access to industry experts, customers, projects and events, so you’ll work closely with us rather than starting from scratch. This is intended to be a long-term freelance partnership, starting with a smaller project to see if we’re a good fit. We’re consolidating our marketing team’s workflows from multiple platforms into a single Notion workspace. We need an experienced Notion builder to design and set up a workspace for our marketing operations across five organizational funstions, each with their own subfuntions. The workspace needs: a home page with the 5 function of the business, individual location pages with content calendar/ planner, task tracker, events, and resources,; a quarterly goals/ focus section; org-wide campaigns that tag relevant centers; a unified social media content calendar linked to HubSpot; and embedded links to OneDrive and SharePoint. Everything must be connected through relational databases and tags so information flows seamlessly—clicking a campaign shows relevant centers, clicking a center shows relevant campaigns and events, et cetera. We need a builder with strong Notion relational database experience to make this functional and intuitive. This task we will need to go back and forth on for a few days to make edits and changes.
