We're BWRM (Black & White Real Estate Marketing) - an Australian platform built to help photographers and creative entrepreneurs build sustainable, profitable businesses. Our network spans Australia and New Zealand. We're looking for a self-driven, tech-savvy salesperson to independently build targeted lead lists and call photographers and creative business owners across all of Australia - cities and regional areas - converting them into BWRM members. This is a fully autonomous, end-to-end role. You find the leads, you make the calls, you close the sign-ups. What you'll be doing - Using AI tools to research and build targeted lists of photographers and creative businesses across all Australian states and regions - Making outbound calls to introduce BWRM and start genuine conversations - Nurturing relationships and following each prospect through the full journey - Guiding interested leads step by step through to membership sign-up - Tracking your pipeline and reporting on progress weekly. You'll need - Proven ability to build lead lists using AI and online research tools - A confident, warm phone manner, you build trust not pressure - Experience in phone-based sales or business development - Highly self-motivated, you run your own pipeline from scratch - Comfortable targeting all states and regional Australia simultaneously - Work from home with a reliable phone and internet setup - Must be based in Australia. Pay: Hourly rate negotiable based on experience (up to $50 per hour); bonus paid per member sign-up you convert (variable by package, up to $2500). Ongoing role - 1 to 2 days per week to start with, room to grow. Full briefing, info pack, and conversation guide provided. Short paid trial to kick things off.
