We are looking for a reliable and creative Social Media Manager to help grow and manage the online presence of our NDIS support services business. This is an ongoing casual role, ideally suited to someone available once or twice per week (approx. 4–5 hours weekly). We already have established business pages on: Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn Google Business Profile We are now looking for someone to help us stay consistent, increase engagement, and grow our audience. Key responsibilities include: Creating and scheduling engaging posts across platforms Increasing followers and improving engagement Responding to comments and messages where appropriate Suggesting content ideas and simple marketing strategies Keeping all pages active, professional, and up to date Basic content planning for weekly posting We are ideally looking for someone with: Experience managing business social media accounts Strong understanding of content creation and engagement strategies Experience in NDIS, healthcare, or disability services marketing (preferred but not essential) Ability to work independently and take initiative Examples of pages or accounts you have managed or grown Time commitment: Approximately 4–5 hours per week Flexible scheduling (once or twice per week) This is an ongoing role for the right person, with potential for increased hours if results are strong. I’m looking for someone local (or within Australia) who would be interested in helping me grow my Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Etsy presence. I started my business after a serious medical injury left me unable to return to my previous career.
