Hi! We are interested in buying 1 property in this area, and we would need someone to go there to take photos and videos for us. The inspection will take about 30 minutes for the property.To do: -Send email (Gmail) and mobile phone (Whatsapp) -Take at least 100 photos and 10 videos of the property (between outside and inside). Take a video outside all around the house and inside showing all the rooms. Take photos of the garden and outside the house. Make sure to include pictures of anything that looks broken or damaged -Send an inspection summary using our template (we will send the PDF by email) -Complete and submit the inspection digital report (we will send the link by email) -Upload all photos and videos and the property report to a Google Drive folder right after the inspection. (we will send the link by email). -All photos/videos MUST BE UPLOADED, SUMMARY SENT and REPORT SUBMITTED within 2 hours of inspection.
