PROPERTY INSPECTION ASSISTANCE NEEDED Hi! I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person with strong communication skills to attend a property inspection. Experience or knowledge in property inspections is a bonus. DETAILS: Location: Bungalow Property: Basic 2-bedroom, ground-level apartment Timing: Property is vacant – you can arrange the inspection directly with the real estate agent. Preferably completed within the next few days. WHAT’S REQUIRED: - Take clear, high-resolution photos of all areas, inside and outside - Record a walk-through video of the property - Make notes for each room, highlighting any issues or damages, especially in the bathroom and kitchen - Provide a rough layout with approximate measurements - Inspect outside areas – note fencing, fixtures, noise, smells, or anything of concern - Ask the agent a few basic questions (I will provide these) For the right person, there may be opportunities for further work if we decide to purchase, including negotiating with the agent and additional inspections.
