I need a calm and professional person to attend a property inspection with me in Richmond, Victoria. The role is to observe only and take factual notes of what occurs during the inspection, including who attends, what areas are inspected, what access is provided, and any key factual comments made. This is not a request for legal advice, advocacy, or a building defect report. The person must not argue, interfere with, direct, limit or obstruct the inspection in any way. A short factual attendance note after the inspection is required. Experience in property, construction, inspections, administration, law, insurance or dispute support would be helpful but is not essential. I estimate 3.5 hours attendance 7.30 am starting time
