Need someone who can get outstanding invoices and orders paid cost effectively for small debts ranging $1000-10,000k Initial work for this task is just to send out a demand letter to a client for payment that is 6 months overdue which includes -further legal and recovery fees -application to the court -demand for payment with legal time frame -credit rating mark -and anything else you can put in To make them pay their invoice. Binding Child Support Agreement — drafting + independent legal advice (terms already agreed) I need a family lawyer to prepare a Binding Child Support Agreement under the Child Support (Assessment) Act, for registration with Services Australia. My co-parent and I have separated amicably and have already agreed all terms in writing. This is NOT contested or negotiated. What I need from you: 1. Draft the agreement to reflect our agreed terms. 2. Give me independent legal advice on it. 3. Sign the certificate of independent legal advice (s80C Child Support (Assessment) Act) that makes the agreement binding. 4. Produce it ready for my co-parent's own lawyer to review and certify. She will engage her own separate lawyer — a legal requirement, as each party must be advised by a different practitioner. I am only hiring for my side. Qualification required: - An admitted Australian legal practitioner holding a current practising certificate (only such a person can give the advice and sign the s80C certificate). - Family law experience essential. Please confirm you have prepared Binding Child Support Agreements before. Agreed terms in brief (full signed separation agreement provided on engagement): - One child, shared care approx 50/50. - No periodic payments between us. - One parent covers major child costs (private school, health, extracurriculars, vacation programs) via a defined reimbursement mechanism. - Day-to-day costs borne by whoever has care at the time. - Fallback to standard statutory assessment if circumstances materially change. I run a small Australian services business (~$1mil turnover) through a company, alongside a trust and my personal finances. I do my own bookkeeping and BAS, so I am not after compliance grunt-work. I want a sharp, hands-on registered tax adviser for a short, focused review of how I currently do things, and if you are the right fit, to stay on as my ongoing adviser. There is real ongoing work here for the right person, not just this review. The immediate job is around 5 hours: a review of, and practical help with, how I run things day to day. Specifically, how I handle my incomings, how I split income across company, trust and personal, and how my Xero setup is put together. Here is the part that matters most. I am not looking for a box-ticker. Compliance is the easy bit and I handle the basics myself. I want someone with a genuine brain for tax: someone who knows where the real, legitimate opportunities to minimise tax are, who works the grey areas within the law rather than defaulting to the most conservative answer, and who knows their craft. To be clear, this is legitimate minimisation within the law, nothing dodgy. But I want the adviser who sees the angles a cautious accountant walks straight past. You must be Australian tax qualified and registered: a registered tax agent, and a CA or CPA. Australian tax law only. I want someone hands-on and engaged, who replies, asks good questions and thinks with me, not a template-and-disappear service. I have a strong preference for advisers with a real practice behind them: a small firm, or a solo practitioner running a proper registered practice with a track record, not an ad-hoc individual. A growing practitioner is welcome, as long as the practice is real and registered. And I want advice that reflects current ATO positions and the latest tax law, not last decade's playbook. I am seeking a qualified Victorian solicitor to urgently review an ongoing business dispute and prepare and send a formal Cease & Desist / Letter of Demand on behalf of my business. The matter involves ongoing use of my business name/identity, online and social media conduct, and other conduct I believe is causing confusion and damage to my business. There is also an existing interim Personal Safety Intervention Order (PSIO) relating to the respondent. The solicitor must review the order before sending correspondence to ensure the letter and communication method are appropriate and do not interfere with current proceedings. I would like the solicitor to: • Review my chronology and supporting evidence • Review the interim PSIO and relevant restrictions • Advise on the appropriate legal grounds • Draft and send a formal letter on solicitor’s letterhead • Demand that any unlawful or misleading conduct cease • Seek removal or retraction of relevant online content, where legally appropriate • Seek a formal public apology or corrective statement, where legally justified • Advise whether reasonable legal costs and/or documented business losses can be sought • Set a compliance deadline and outline next steps if the conduct continues I have supporting documentation, screenshots, correspondence and a chronology available privately for review. Client took down danger tape after bitumen driveway was laid and a postman came along and turned his wheels on the product and ruined it. The sub contractor they also engaged to do the earthworks did a very poor job and failed to get good compaction in the ground ( even stating to me and my worker he had not done a good job which caused the bitumen to sink) the clients partner even wrote a raving review about how good the driveway was when it was finished now it’s been damaged after I left their seeking compensation and have the building commission involve trying to get me to pay to have a third party to fix it. They also denied me access to their property to come back and inspect the job. Client also didn’t pay all the bill. I need a letter sent on my behalf to them stating legal action will be taken if they proceed further and don’t pay the over due bill
