I need an employment lawyer to review my situation and provide advice regarding a proposed restructure and salary reduction. Background: I'm a permanent full-time Bid Manager earning $?? per year My employer has proposed moving me into a Senior Bid Writer role with a 17% salary reduction I have not agreed to the change or signed any variation My employment contract states that any changes to the contract must be by mutual agreement and in writing I've reviewed my contract, current Position Description, proposed Position Descriptions, and correspondence with my employer I'm looking for advice on: Whether my employer can reduce my salary without my agreement Whether the restructure appears genuine My legal rights if I refuse the new role or salary Whether there are grounds for constructive dismissal or other Fair Work claims The strength of my position based on my contract, position descriptions and correspondence The best strategy moving forward, including whether to negotiate further or allow the employer to make the next move I've prepared a comprehensive file containing my employment contract, position descriptions, emails, and notes, which I will provide to the successful applicant for review. I'm seeking practical, strategic advice from an experienced Australian employment lawyer, preferably someone with Fair Work and workplace restructuring experience

I have a claim made against me at NCAT as this is where the client lives. My contrcat states the jurisdiction is SA. I told NCAT this but they are making me attend teh hearing still. I want some advice from a legal expert. It will be a 30 to 45 minute phone call. I can send you all the docs. There is a contract and ncat letter. The short story of it is that the clinet signed up to a 6 month contract and caancelled his card within our system after 3 months because he closed his business. He didnt ask fr a refund at that time as he ws aware he was cancelling early. I explained it ws a 6 month contract and he then demanded a refund and now has taken it to NCAT

Individual Aust tax payer expecting large (AUD4million) return on US investment. Expect to receive this possibly at end August. This is the result of an acquisition.
