The job is simple: * Attend the property at the agreed time * Set up the Matterport camera and tripod * Move around the property and scan each area * Make sure all rooms are captured * Upload the scan when finished Equipment and instructions will be provided. You’ll need to be reliable, punctual, comfortable using a phone/app, have good attention to detail, and have your own transport. Similar to completing a real-estate property scan. We’re looking for a reliable casual assistant to help with sharehouse/property inspections and simple condition reports across Mascot, Canterbury, Redfern, Kogarah and Homebush Tasks may include: - Attending scheduled room inspections and showing prospective tenants through the property - Checking room/property condition before or after tenant move-ins/move-outs Pay: - $50 for every condition report submitted - $30 for every 15 mins (one open home) This suits someone punctual, well-presented, trustworthy, and comfortable dealing with people.
