Seeking an Australian child-support expert or family lawyer to discuss a research case involving: An Australian child-support application where the child and mother live overseas. Existing foreign Family Court orders covering child maintenance and housing. Evidence that the orders were referred for enforcement and payments were made or tendered. The foreign country is not a reciprocal jurisdiction for Australian child support. I need an initial consultation to understand how Australian law may treat the existing foreign orders, enforcement proceedings and the risk of double liability or recovery.
