We are seeking an employment lawyer to review (and potentially write a letter) an employee's contract and advise whether we have grounds to take legal action against a former employee for breaching the terms of her employment. Our concerns relate to the former employee establishing and commencing a business that is substantially similar to ours while she was still employed by our company. We understand she may have been operating this business, in conjunction with one of our contractors, during the final months of her employment. We would like advice on whether her actions constitute a breach of her employment contract and/or any common law duties, including obligations relating to fidelity, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, or any applicable restraint of trade provisions. Looking for an practising lawyer/solicitor to assist with finalising four complaints. I have already prepared four draft complaints ,a detailed chronology, and draft evidence lists for three complaints. The work includes reviewing, advising on, refining and completing the complaints ready for filing. Three are already around 60–70% complete. I also require advice on whether two matters are better pursued through VCAT or other avenue. You will also need to organise the supporting evidence into four separate folders, linking each document to the relevant allegation. Most evidence already exists but is spread across different folders. I can provide access to my OneDrive and labelled emails. There may be hundreds of emails to review, and I need someone experienced who can identify any additional relevant evidence or instances of professional misconduct. The chronology also needs to be refined so it clearly supports the complaints and evidence. The end result should be four completed complaints and four organised evidence folders ready for filing. I will be self-representing, so you may remain behind the scenes .These complaints are intended to support a potential application to reopen Family Court final orders on the basis of procedural unfairness. I have posted a separate task for that matter and would ideally like to engage someone who can assist with both but if you cannot assist with that task,that is fine too.

Seeking a Family Lawyer (VIC preferred) to review my final Family Court orders, review and amend a 5-page chronology, and review supporting evidence (approximately 20–30 emails, messages and documents) and advice accordingly. I require advice on: * Potential grounds to reopen or vary the final orders (long-term objective)on the basis of procedural unfairness * Immediate options, including a possible contravention application and/or interim application * Overall legal strategy and prospects Second scope: If suitable, I am looking for ongoing assistance on an unbundled (limited-scope) fixed fee basis. I am happy to self-represent for routine procedural matters (such as filing documents and correspondence), while you provide the legal strategy, prepare/review documents, and represent me at court hearings where required hence Vic based is preferred. If you cannot do the second scope of work,I respectfully ask not to send offer for this task.
