Hello, I need someone to take in bins on Wednesday around 12 - 1pm (or as close as possible to that time). The property is in Rozelle. It would be best to be a local to do this job. Can be a weekly task if wanted, You would need to take a photo and follow minor instructions about location of bins. Pretty simple task! But have to be able to turn up every week. Please let me know how much you would like to do the job on a weekly basis.

We are looking for someone to attend a rental inspection on our behalf as we are relocating from interstate and can't attend in person. The Task Includes: - Attendance: Arriving 5-10 minutes before the scheduled inspection - Video Walkthrough: A continuous, high-quality video walkthrough of the entire property (including the street/building entrance, common areas, and inside all rooms/closets). - Detailed Photos: Close-ups of any wear and tear, mould, or damage, as well as views from the windows. - The "Vibe" Check: Assessing things I can't see online—e.g., does the place smell like smoke/pets? Is the street noise loud inside? Is the water pressure okay? - Agent Interaction: Briefly mentioning to the agent that you are inspecting on behalf of an interstate applicant (I will provide my name/details).
