I'm looking for someone to attend a one-bedroom apartment inspection on my behalf, as I'm currently overseas. The property is located in Oakleigh. Ideally, I would prefer a live video call during the inspection so I can see the property in real time. However, if that's not possible, I'm also happy to provide a list of specific areas and details I'd like you to check. You could then record a video based on my requests and share it with me afterwards. If everything goes well with this inspection, I may also ask for your help with future property inspections in Caulfield and the surrounding suburbs.
