We’re looking for someone to help with our property search across Sydney’s Hills District and Lower North Shore over the next 2 months, with the potential to extend. We’re doing the property research ourselves, but need someone local who can act as our eyes and ears on the ground. The work would typically involve: * Attending property inspections on our behalf and recording a thorough walkthrough video * Taking photos and noting anything that may not be obvious from the listing * Calling agents for listings we send through to confirm price guides, inspection times and other basic property information * Asking a short set of questions we’ll provide when attending inspections or speaking with agents * Sharing videos, information and feedback with us through a group chat We expect to need help approximately twice a week, although the number of properties will vary depending on what comes onto the market. We’ll organise listings and priorities so the process is straightforward. We’re open to either finding one person who can cover both the Hills District and Lower North Shore, or separate people for each area if that makes more sense geographically. This is intended to be an ongoing arrangement for around 2 months initially, rather than a one-off task. We’re flexible on pricing and happy to agree on a structure based on the number of inspections, time involved and travel. You don’t need to be a property expert. We’re mainly looking for someone who is reliable, organised, comfortable speaking with real estate agents, and can give us a good sense of a property when we can’t attend ourselves. If interested, please let us know which areas you can cover and how you’d prefer to price the arrangement.
