We require an experienced and well-reviewed bond cleaner to complete a thorough end-of-lease/bond-standard clean of a three-bedroom, two-bathroom two-story home in Robina. The property will be vacant with electricity and water available. The clean must include: • Complete kitchen clean, including oven, cooktop, rangehood, splashback, sink, benchtops and inside/outside all cupboards and drawers • Both bathrooms thoroughly cleaned, including showers, screens, bath, toilets, vanities, mirrors, tiles and exhaust fans • All bedrooms and living areas • Built-in wardrobes, shelves and drawers • Internal windows, glass doors, frames, sills and tracks • Doors, handles, switches and power points • Skirting boards, cornices and accessible wall marks • Ceiling fans, light fittings, vents and air-conditioning filters • Vacuuming and mopping throughout • Laundry area • Garage swept and left clean • Removal of cobwebs throughout • Any balconies or accessible outdoor entrance areas swept and cleaned Please bring all necessary professional cleaning equipment and products. We’re looking for a reliable cleaner located near Clyde North to assist with a short-term rental property at Heather Grove The main task is a thorough clean of the outdoor balcony areas, including removal of bird droppings from the floors, glass balustrades, furniture and surrounding surfaces. As this is an outdoor area, birds and weather can affect it between regular cleans.
