Description: Looking for an experienced retaining wall builder / landscaper to construct a concrete sleeper retaining wall at my property in Mudgeeraba, QLD 4213. Scope of work: - Retaining wall: approx. 21 metres long x 800mm high, concrete sleepers on galvanised steel posts - Excavation and site prep for footings/posts - Ag-drainage behind the wall (agi pipe, geotextile fabric, blue metal backfill) - Stormwater pit and outlet connection at the low end - Removal/disposal of excavated spoil (skip bin or similar) What I'm after: - Supply and install (materials + labour) preferred — happy to also hear labour-only quotes if you'd rather I source materials - Must be licensed and insured for retaining wall / civil work Photos of similar completed jobs would be great to see

Looking for an experienced and reliable landscaper to complete landscaping at my corner property in Coomera, I’m looking for an experienced landscaper to help with my corner property in Coomera. As shown in the photos, the grassed area along the corner boundary is currently sloping, and I would like to have the ground levelled/flattened as much as reasonably possible to create a more usable and tidy area. I’m looking for a simple, practical and affordable landscaping solution rather than an expensive or overly elaborate design. I’m happy to consider different options for levelling, retaining, garden beds and finishing, depending on what is most cost-effective and suitable for the site. The area should also have appropriate drainage and be finished with low-maintenance landscaping. I would prefer someone who can inspect the site, suggest the most affordable approach and provide a reasonable quote. We are looking for an experienced landscaper, garden designer or pond specialist to complete and improve a pond and surrounding garden area at our property in Mount Tamborine. The area has already been substantially cleared, including removal of the previous overgrown vegetation. We now want to turn it into an attractive, finished garden feature rather than simply tidy it up. The work may include: • Inspecting the existing pond and recommending the right filtration, pump, circulation and water-treatment system • Installing the filtration system, pump, pipework and related equipment • Advising whether the pond needs any cleaning, repairs or preparation before planting • Creating an attractive and stable rock edge using the large rocks already on site - can be left to local crane guy if needed • Planting suitable hedging, water lilies and other attractive, low-maintenance plants around the grounds • Improving the surrounding soil, levels, garden beds, mulch and overall presentation • Providing a simple planting and layout plan so the finished area looks cohesive and established • Removing any remaining green waste (or burn on site) or construction waste created by the work • Leaving the pond clean, functioning properly and looking professionally finished as well as the gardens The attached photos show the area now and the type of result we are aiming for in last picture. We are open to your professional recommendations on plant selection, filtration and layout. The priority is a beautiful, natural-looking and practical result that is easy to maintain. Please provide an itemised quote as much as possible. We would prefer a fixed-price quote following a site inspection, or a realistic written estimate with separate allowances where something needs to be confirmed on site. We are not looking for vague hourly-rate estimates.
