I am looking for someone experienced in legal matters (preferably family law) to assist with below- • initial conversation on phone for understanding. • Review all emails, documents, affidavits, transcripts, and materials via email. • Review my existing VCAT application/evidence against my previous lawyer and link. • Review costs agreement/fees paid and code breaches • Review my partially drafted complaint only for your reference. • Analyse everything and document in two below documents 1. Master Document against my lawyer and barrister during/before/after trial. 2. Master document against the other party’s lawyer, including conduct concerns, non-disclosure, unsupported allegations, and pressure during the family law matter, along with reasoning based on the material provided. Each document must: • Clearly list each allegation by me and your findings • Link every point with evidence (emails, transcripts, references, logic) • Save, name the emails and send me those in an organised manner • Provide a logical explanation of what happened • Identify and highlight procedural issues, failures, and conduct concerns by: – My former lawyer and barrister – The other party’s lawyer • List everything where my lawyers: – Failed to provide important emails from the other side during trial • Appeared unprepared before the judge despite having those emails and did not respond to some issues raised – Did not act on certain matters and did not properly advise me • List the impact on me, including: – Financial impact due to pressure to accept lower asset percentage • Disclosure concerns, including assets/transactions I identified but were not raised • Refund of fees paid • Potential claims for further legal costs to change orders due to procedural unfairness and non-child-focused orders

Need an employment lawyer very experienced in fair work commission unfair dismissal and associated case law. Specially on rejecting injured workers compensation claim, then sacking them. Need to know if you can still run an unfair dismissal case if you can’t go back to work. Need someone who really understands this space and specially all the caselaw. Would prefer someone who could speak out of hours if needed like this weekend. The task I’ve posted is purely for a short conversation of say 15 mins as a start point. Hi guys, I’m looking for someone (preferably a lawyer or legally experienced professional) to help organise my family law matter into two chronological documents with evidence. Scope of work: 1. Chronological Timeline (Full Case) * Organise all events in date order * Include details, supporting documents, chats, emails, and evidence * And summarise as a brief on top with relevant,current issues and explanations. Present everything clearly so it can be easily reviewed by a family lawyer so that they understand the case mostly from there. 2. Intervention Order Summary * Prepare a separate, structured timeline of relevant incidents * Focus on key events, dates, and supporting evidence in pdf/Screenshot of chats all in one document. * Summarise in a clear format suitable for an intervention order application I will send everything i have including evidence,emails,chats. Goal: To have two well-structured and organised documents that new lawyer understands everything about the case with evidence in one and proceed with legal action. Key Requirements: * Legal background preferred (family law experience highly regarded) * Ability to review and organise large volumes of information * Clear, concise written presentation Not AI. Hello, I am interested to start a co-operative for Bookkeepers and Tax-agents in Australia. Some of its features would be: 1) Will be member-owned (worker owned) and will provide bookkeeping and tax return services to clients nationwide. 2) Members will be bookkeepers and tax agents 3) Will start with 5-10 members and then grow slowly. Members will choose Board of Directors. 4) There might be a monthly membership fee for all members to pay which would cover admin and marketing costs. This can be decided between the members and advisor/solicitor. 5) Aim is to ensure that all members (of the co-operative) receive a share of the co-op revenue quarterly or monthly. 6) It will be a Distributing co-operative (profits distributed to members quarterly or monthly) 7) All co-op member will have 1 vote each, as per Government law. 8) Members will have limited liability 9) Aim is to benefit the professional bookkeepers and tax agents and community at large. If you are interested, please apply citing your experience in the field. I plan to select few members from Airtasker. No actual work is required for this task, I am searching for the initial members now. Note: All members will need to contribute equally towards the establishment and solicitor fees in drafting the constitution/agreement. Note: As far I know there is currently no Co-operative for bookkeepers and accountants, and I believe its a good initiative to create a consortium of our profession which can create employment and benefit the community at large.
