I’m looking to get a new front door installed. The current door has absorbed water at the base and needs replacing. I want to re-use the stained glass panels and some of the decorative timber trims. I will supply a solid pine block door and the door hardware. The work that will be required is: 1) trim down the new pine block door to size 2) remove the stained glass panels and timber beading/trims from the old door 3) Remove hardware from old door (deadlock and manual doorbell) 4) make necessary cut outs in the new door for the (3x) stained glass panels to be installed 5)install new door 6)install smart entry handle/lock and existing door hardware 7) remove/dispose of old door.

Hi, I’m after an experienced, well-rated handyman to remove a small section of kitchen cabinetry and tiles, then patch the wall. Photo attached shows the area. The job: - Remove the full tiled backsplash along the sink wall - Remove the floating shelf - Remove the microwave cabinet - Patch and repair the wall so it’s smooth and paint-ready (no painting needed) A few important things: - Tiles are mosaic tiles (see photo) - Care needed around benchtop and existing cabinets - Rubbish removal included - Area to be left clean and tidy Looking for someone with solid experience and good reviews.
