Five sets of double-hung sash windows with painted timber frames in our apartment that we are hoping to have stripped, sanded, and re-sealed/oiled to return them to the original timber finish. These are original sash windows so some experience with this particular type of window is preferred. Please read the ad before offering - we are looking for paint stripping, not painting. Looking for an experienced spray/furniture painter to paint 3-4 brand-new IKEA MULIG metal clothes racks in sage green. The racks will be purchased new and are white powder-coated steel. I can provide them completely unassembled, making the individual pieces easier to prepare and spray. They will be used regularly at clothing markets and transported frequently, so I'm looking for a neat and reasonably durable finish that won't easily chip or peel. I'm happy to leave the preparation and painting method to someone experienced but understand this may involve lightly sanding/scuffing and cleaning the existing finish, using a suitable primer if required, and applying an appropriate durable paint. Colour reference: White Knight 310g Sage Green Gloss Squirts Spray Paint from Bunnings. I really love this particular sage green and would like the finished colour to be as close to it as possible, preferably in a satin or matt finish. You don't need to use the White Knight spray paint itself—I'm happy for you to recommend a more durable and cost-effective paint/product that achieves a similar colour. I'm trying to keep the project reasonably budget-friendly, so I'm open to different painting methods or suggestions that will provide a good balance between cost and durability. Please let me know: • Your price for all 3-4 racks • Whether paint/materials are included • Approximate turnaround time • Any examples of similar metal/furniture painting you've done, if available I'm based in Adelaide CBD and can potentially drop the racks off locally if that helps keep the cost down.
