End of Lease Paint Touch-Ups & Wall Repairs Looking for an experienced painter or handyman who specialises in end-of-lease paint repairs and bond-return preparation. This is not a full-house repaint. I am looking for someone who can: Walls will be already cleaned - and patches will already be plastered up and sanded. One whole wall needs painting completely and whole prep + fixing. The rest of the house - • prep + Touch up paintwork so repairs are as unnoticeable as possible • Advise whether any areas require more extensive painting to meet end-of-lease standards • Help maximise my chances of receiving my bond back I already have the original paint and can supply additional materials if required. We just purchased a brand new entry table/ cabinet and it arrived and it’s a stark white laminate veneer and looks very cheap. We didn’t read the website properly and the photos were misleading so it’s not what we wanted. We unfortunately can’t return it so are looking for someone who can prepare the surface with scuff sanding and bonding primer and then paint it with cabinet enamel or furniture specific paint. We have kids and this is a front entry table so will be a high traffic area so we need this done correctly so it stands the test of time. We also want the finished product to look high quality so please only make an offer if you have experience specifically with prepping and painting laminate veneer cabinets or furniture. We will purchase the primer and paint (happy to take guidance from you on what’s best) so your offer will only be for your time/ labour and any sanding supplies. We also have yet to build the cabinet so we can leave it in pieces if that’s easier to prep and paint (we will build it later on) or we can build it first and you can prep and paint the complete structure. Whatever your preference is. Thanks!
