Hi there, I need help installing a wall-mounted tri-fold clothes drying rack onto a concrete wall. Details: Wall Type: Solid concrete Product: Folding aluminum clothes hanger (rack and wall bracket provided) Hardware: Basic screws and plastic wall anchors are included in the box, but please bring your own standard fixings/AnkaScrews if you prefer using higher-duty masonry anchors. Requirements: Please bring a hammer drill and a suitable masonry drill bit. Spirit level to ensure the mounting plate is completely level. Clean up any concrete dust/debris after drilling.

We are at the start of converting our garage into a livable space (2 bedrooms, 1 living area). We have planning approval through the council but have hit a wall. The council says the garage doesn't exist and was only engineered and approved as an open carport. We bought the house over 3 years ago as a garage and it hasn't been touched until now. Council is saying we need the following information/documents. This is worded from the council email i recieved. Following documents are required: Engineers report demonstrating that the current structure is capable of the additional imposed loads or details of required upgrades, including: - Footing report & slab upgrade where necessary including details of waterproof membrane. - Lintel design to support brickwork above opening windows & doors. -Bracing upgrades if required. - Roof framing upgrades if required (trussed roof). This is now required so we can pass on to our council for approval and continue our plans into converting our garage into a liveable space. Council: Town of Gawler Suburb: Willaston, SA

Fix Roller Blind Chain/Cord I’m looking for someone to fix the roller blind chain/cord shown in the attached photo. The blind itself is still installed, but the chain/cord has become tangled and is hanging loosely. Task includes: - Fix and untangle the existing roller blind chain/cord. - Ensure the chain is correctly connected to the blind mechanism. - Make sure the blind opens and closes smoothly. - Secure the chain so it hangs correctly and safely. - Bring any basic tools required to complete the job. Ideally looking for someone experienced with roller blinds who can assess and fix the issue without replacing the entire blind.

Kitchen sink is draining very slowly and keeps blocking. The pipes under the sink have already been cleaned and checked. The shower is also draining slowly, so there may be a blockage further down the pipe. Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and clear the blockage. If the issue is within a common strata pipe, I’ll need confirmation in writing to provide to strata.
